Production, Technician - Part-Time

Job Summary

You will operate and manage daily activities in an 8" wafer fabrication facility, working closely with engineers to support process troubleshooting and ensure quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage daily wafer fabrication processes to maintain smooth production flow
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve process issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct quality control metrology and perform detailed quality checks to ensure product standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to support coordinated manufacturing efforts
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering/Maintenance, or related discipline; or High School Diploma with relevant manufacturing technician experience
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles
• Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support teamwork
