Project Coordinator - Lab & CQV - Part-Time

Job Description

The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Project Manager - Facility & Infrastructure (F&I) in the client‑side oversight of assigned Laboratory and CQV-related scope areas, ensuring the EPCM and vendors deliver to agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance requirements. The PC focuses on coordination, tracking, reporting, documentation control, and interface support, rather than holding end‑to‑end package accountability. The role supports delivery through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and turnover, ensuring readiness, information flow, and alignment across stakeholders.

Scope areas include (but is not limited to):

1. Lab construction works (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)

2. Lab equipment installation, integration, and utilities support

3. CQV activities: Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation for lab spaces and equipment

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in process design, project execution and critical process safety in Pharmaceuticals
• Experience in successful commissioning and qualification of greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Singapore
• Experience as Subject Mater Expert (SME) in commissioning and qualification for CAPEX pharmaceutical greenfield plants
• Experience in leading Process Safety Management initiatives by proactively identifying, mitigating, and resolving critical process hazards and risks (HAZOPs, PHAs) in pharmaceutical CAPEX projects.
