Project Engineering Coordinator - Part-Time

About the Company

We are partnering with an internationally recognized EPC contractor delivering major offshore and FPSO developments worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-value project within a collaborative international engineering environment.

About the Role

The Project Engineering Coordinator will support engineering execution by coordinating design deliverables, engineering activities, project schedules, and communication between engineering contractors and project teams. The role ensures engineering progress aligns with construction and fabrication requirements.

Based in Jiangsu, China, regular travel to India will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor engineering progress against project schedules.
• Liaise with engineering contractors and project stakeholders.
• Track engineering action items and project documentation.
• Support technical reviews and design coordination meetings.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues impacting project execution.
• Prepare engineering progress reports.

About You

You are a proactive engineering professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting complex EPC projects. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and maintaining effective project coordination.

Summary of Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience supporting EPC, offshore, marine, or FPSO engineering projects.
• Good understanding of engineering documentation and project execution.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering activities simultaneously.
• Fluent English communication.
• Based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to India.
• Contract duration: 2 to 2.5 years.
