Project Manager - Part-Time

Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing financial software implementations, ensuring full accountability in project planning, execution, governance, and client management within financial services domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of financial software projects to deliver client solutions on time and within scope
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Own client relationships by proactively managing expectations and resolving issues throughout project phases
• Apply Agile methodologies to enhance project adaptability and team collaboration
• Drive project delivery with full accountability as the lead Project Manager, not in a support role
• Utilize domain knowledge in Capital Markets or Financial Services, including Banking, Risk, or Treasury implementations, to align solutions with client needs
• Demonstrate strong hands-on implementation skills to overcome challenges and ensure project success

Required competencies and certifications

• PMP Certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in delivery roles
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial software implementations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Capital Markets domain preferred
