QA Project Staff - Part-Time

ALG is currently recruiting for a QA Project Staff for our client based in the west of Singapore. 

This is a contract opportunity to play a key role in quality assurance operations, supporting quality assurance activities, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and evaluate incoming QA/QC processes to ensure compliance and quality standards. 

• Provide guidance and support to engineers and develop internal IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) capabilities. 

• Work closely with warehouse teams to implement and support IQA-related processes. 

• Identity opportunities to improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and service quality. 

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues. 

• Support supplier quality activities, including vendor audits and verification of incoming materials. 

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other internal departments to achieve quality objectives. 

• Develop, maintain, and update all QA processes, procedures, and quality records. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, lower costs, and improve customer satisfaction 

Job Requirements: 

• Possess a minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, or any related discipline. 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. 

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. 

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office like words, excel, and powerpoint.
