QAQC Engineer - Part-Time

We are seeking a QAQC to ensure all construction inspection and testing activities comply with project standards, specifications, and contractual requirements. The role involves preparing inspection and test procedures, reviewing vendor inspection plans, issuing reports, managing punch lists, and compiling documentation for project handover. Candidates will support construction teams daily, witness vendor inspections, review manufacturer data records, and provide quality updates to management.

Job Responsibilities

Quality

• Responsible for ensuring that all inspection and testing on the construction in accordance with standard and project specification as per contract.
• Prepare inspection and test procedure.
• Prepare relevant inspection and test procedure required as per contract.
• Review vendor inspection plans to ensure proper acceptance criteria and inspection points from applicable procedures, specifications, drawings, and codes are included.
• Prepare inspection and test reports as per project requirements
• Prepare and maintain project test package as per project requirement.
• Issue and maintaining project punch list until closer.
• Prepare project quality update for the project team and management.
• Reviewing vendor and supplier manufacturer data records (MDR) client submission.
• Regularly rising awareness of quality requirements of the project. 
• Provide quality control training to relevant individual as required.
• Responsible to support project related on the MDL on the quality
• Prepare Project inspection and test record to full fill client requirement.
• Support to construction team for day-to-day activities with respect to quality functions.
• Witness inspection at vendor and supplier base on approved inspection and test plan.
• Compile project quality inspection and testing documentation for project handover.

General

• Always look for continuous improvement in Quality to achieve company Quality policy.
• Identify processes/document to improve efficiency in daily quality control activities.
• Any other duties assigned by the Quality manager.

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years' experience working on QAQC for fabrication and construction for wastewater and water treatment plant.

• Know and understand fabrication and construction drawing.

• Familiar with plastic material related to wastewater and water treatment plant. 

• Knowledge in plastic and steel welding Experient in FRP tank and steel vessel fabrication inspection. 

• Able to prepare inspection report and document compilation.
