Rail QC Inspector #HJN - Part-Time

Duties:

• Supports project quality control activities under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Engineer, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• The role serves as a key point of contact for the project Owner and subcontractors, maintaining clear and professional communication across all stakeholders. The incumbent will also represent the QA function in coordination and management meetings involving project leadership and subcontractor teams.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing and executing on-site inspection and testing activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and quality standards. The role is also responsible for promptly identifying, reporting, and documenting defects, including the issuance and follow-up of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• In addition, the position involves preparing and submitting timely quality reports to QA leadership and project management, as well as maintaining complete and accurate quality documentation such as inspection notices, inspection reports, and related records.
• The role also requires monitoring site inspection schedules and conditions to support project milestones, as well as supporting ad-hoc quality-related tasks and initiatives assigned by management

Working hours:
Night shift 8pm to 6am
