Rail Site Interface Manager #HJN - Part-Time

Duties:

• Acts as the key on-site interface between the Japan Engineering team and local stakeholders, translating complex design requirements into practical site execution plans across signalling, communications, PSD/PDS, power, rolling stock, and track infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and contractors on design interfaces, spatial requirements, and site modifications, as well as ensuring alignment across multiple project packages. The role also manages Interface Control Documents (ICDs), work permits, and cross-contractor coordination, while chairing interface meetings and maintaining the project Interface Register.
• In addition, the engineer supports brownfield refurbishment and CAPEX upgrade works with zero disruption to live Skytrain operations, ensuring site readiness for installation and Testing & Commissioning activities.
• The role also covers RFIs management, issue escalation, and identification of potential design changes or scope risks to support effective project control and delivery.
