Research Assistant (Healthcare Modeling) (1-Year Contract), LKCSB - Part-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Lee Kong Chain School of Business (LKCSB).
• Support healthcare data processing, integration, and analysis.
• Assist in model calibration and validation using survey and administrative datasets.
• Conduct literature reviews related to healthcare operations, behavioural modelling, and preventive healthcare.
• Support modelling of healthcare systems and patient behaviour.
• Assist in preparing research reports, figures, presentations, and academic papers.
• Coordinate with collaborators and research team members on project-related tasks.
• Any other duties assigned.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Analytics, Statistics, Health Services Research, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• StronG quantitative and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modelling.
• Experience willt Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to conduct literature review and academic research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare systems, healthcare policy, or healthcare operations research.
• Prior experience contributing to academic publications in medical, healthcare, or related journals is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in research projects.
