• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving security protocols.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Security Operations L2 should have:

• Experience in security operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Strong knowledge of security tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analysing and responding to security incidents.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in cybersecurity or related fields.
