SENIOR DATA CENTRE ENGINEER - Part-Time

Your main job duties and responsibilities as a Senior Data Center Engineer - Team Lead include but are not limited to the following: 

1. Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team; 
2. Handle team resource management (leave management, attendance management, roster planning, etc.); 
3. Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team; 
4. Conduct training programmes for new operators; 
5. Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team; 
6. Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks; 
7. Generate daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; 
8. Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team; 
9. Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team; and 
10. Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
