Senior Electrical Designer - Part-Time

Prime Responsibilities of 3D Modelling Activities (AVEVA E3D)

-    Main Equipment Modelling (Distribution Board, MCT, Switchgear, Transformer)

-    Electrical A/G Cable Ladder/Tray Modelling and sizing.

-    Electrical Cable way Modelling in accordance with project requirements.

-    EIT Equipment Modelling such as (all type of JB’s, Sockets, Lighting)

-    Develop 3D model libraries as per design requirements during initial projectphase.

-    Material Take-Off (MTO) reports for all EIT Cable Tray items.

-    Interdisciplinary coordination to resolve design clashes and technical queries,ensuring successful completion of 30%, 60%, and 90% model reviews.

-     Modelling of MDS EIT Supports &prepare EIT ISO drawings for construction.

2D Engineering & Design Activities – AutoCAD, MicroStation& MS Excel

-    Preparation of Overall Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for HV, MV, and LV systems.

-    Preparation of Switchboard, Distribution board and Lighting Single LineDiagrams.

-    Preparation of Electrical Cable Block diagrams and Termination Diagrams.

-    Preparation of Inter-connection diagrams.

-    Preparation of Lighting Layouts and Lighting Wiring diagrams.

-    Preparation of Underground (U/G) and Above-Ground (A/G) Cable Routing Layouts.

-    Preparation of Lighting Layouts & Lighting Wiring diagrams.

-    Preparation Heat tracing Isometric Drawings.

-    Preparation of Electrical Equipment arrangement layout.

-    Preparation of Overall Earthing and Grounding Layouts.

-    Preparation of ElT Installation Drawings for Power, Lighting, and Earthingsystems.

-    Preparation of MCT Sizing Calculations and MCT Schedules using Roxtec Software.

-    DB Loading Schedule / Cable Schedule (Power & Lighting)

-    Preparation of Bill of material for Bulk items.

-     Perform Lighting Calculation using Dialux 4.

-     Heat Trace Calculation using Compu Trace Software
