Senior Manager (Research) (12-Month Contract SGD 7000 - SGD 8000) – JO 28999 - Part-Time

Key Highlights:

• Office Hours: Monday - Friday
• Nearest MRT: Cashew MRT Station
• Join a research team to improve system design and training through applied research, working closely with universities, research institutes, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage applied research projects related to human factors and user-centred system design.
• Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and industry partners on research studies, testing, and evaluations.
• Analyse research findings and develop recommendations to improve system design and performance.
• Support the development and enhancement of training methodologies based on research outcomes.
• Prepare research reports, technical papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on developments in human factors, cognitive science, and related fields to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering or a STEM-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in human factors, applied research, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with research institutions, academia, or industry partners on research or testing projects will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
