Job Description:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.
Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.
Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives.
Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage.
Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs, and generate management reports.
Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning.
Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.
Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years related experiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
