Senior Project Engineer - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Proposes, implements and adapts the large complex project realization strategy.

- Managing multiple packages in a Large Complex Project, and reports to the PM.

- Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area.

- Autonomous in the definition of the objective and baseline values. Responsible for the costs (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the project for which he/she is responsible.

- Independently manages, anticipates and influences relationships with external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners and subcontractors). Proposes and implements contract management.

- Defines his/her needs and manages relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement...) of the area for which he/she is responsible. He/She alerts his/her hierarchical Superior where necessary.

- Leads, coordinates and federates his/her team around the business strategy. Is capable of managing a diverse team and contributes to the different HR wheel processes concerning the teams allocated to him/her for the project.

- Identifies, manages and concludes opportunities in the area for which he/she is responsible.

- Identifies, analyses and manages the risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.

- Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility.

- Prepare and Manage Financial forecasts of the projects he/she is in charge

- Work with the ERP system (SAP). Ensure that processes and projects follow the ISO standards

- Implementation of ProjEx.

- Directs the REX.

Qualifications:

- Engineering degree in relevant discipline

- 10 years Experience in Water Technologies / Project Management of EPC projects

- PMP will be an advantage

- Able to manage Projects packages Independently

- Commercial knowledge for managing the projects
