Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer - Part-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong expertise in .NET, Python, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and scalability of solutions

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute projects and enhancements and provide technical support in the area of inhouse reporting.
• Work includes analyzing user requirements and design/development of reports
• Work will also include some automation using Unix scripts, SQL/Python and some development of interfaces between inhouse application and other back-office application systems.
• Responsible for manage, analyse, develop and automate software projects for functional requirements and creation of automation plans and test scripts.
• Be part of the DevOps team, will identify, analyze and automate manual tasks and issue fixes
• Supporting Production Application that is develop by team
• Responsible for Improve & Managing Deployment Pipeline, exposure to DevOps environment and tools like Git, Jenkins and JIRA, Confluence
• Actively participate in inception, daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting & represent testing
• Collaborate within the team, working in pairs with programmers and other team members
• Able to quick learn and take on tools or technologies

Requirements
• 10 years or above of software and development experience
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR information technology OR Science (Computer Studies)
• Proven track record of participating in the design and delivery of application solutions
• Must have work experience in Agile environment is an added advantage; A good team player; ability to work on minimal supervision
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft and .NET technologies are essential.
• Hands on programming experience with C#/VB.NET programming, .Net Core 1.0-2.2, MS SQL Server and writing stored procedures, VBA programming, web services, ASP.NET, Web API, Windows Services, -Python programming, XML, Json, batch scripts
• Preferred if have experience handling L2 or L3 support on production application
• Experience on developing service-based applications Knowledge in any of the banking areas is an added advantage
• Experience with Agile & Testing Tools like HPALM, JIRA, Confluence would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
