Solution Engineer - Part-Time

The Solution Engineer is the architect of customer success, translating business needs into technical solutions that drive outcomes. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering to design scalable, customer-centric solutions that align with both technical capabilities and business objectives. Your role bridges the gap between customer requirements and technical delivery.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be required to:

• Solution Architecture: Design solutions that address customer business needs while leveraging company capabilities and best practices
• Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate customer requirements, identify technical constraints, and propose viable alternatives
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Own PoC initiatives to validate solution approaches and facilitate decision-making across various levels of stakeholders
• Requirements Translation: Work with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into technical specifications
• Product Feedback: Gather customer insights and provide feedback to the Product team on enhancements and new capabilities
• Partner Enablement: Support partner teams with technical presentations, demos, handle technical enquiries
• Customer Enablement: Develop solution documentation, training materials, and implementation guides
• Roadmap Alignment: Ensure customer solutions align with product roadmap and internal strategic initiatives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery

As a Solution Engineer, you bring to the team:

• Passion for automation, standardization and best practices.
• Be able to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Solid hands-on experience in designing, building, deploying and securing of highly available web application in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with DevOps tools such Azure DevOps or Gitlab
• Experience in building (manual or AI-assisted) with Node.js, Python, or Go
• Understanding of network components such as load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and practices, knowledge in DevSecOps will be an added advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with managing cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience with enterprise customer environments
