Turnaround Maintenance Assistant - Part-Time

4. Line Breaking / First Break Control

5. Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS)Management

6. High-Risk Work Oversight

7. Process Safety & Chemical Awareness

8. Field Coordination & Operational Support

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of refinery processes and equipment system.
• Deep understanding of process safety and hazard management.
• High level of situational awareness and risk assessment capability.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across discipline.
• Ability to make critical safety decisions under pressure.

Minimum Requirements / Prerequisite

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the refineries or petrochemical plants with relevant certificate.
• WSQ Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant (Mandatory).
• Confined Space Safety Assessor Certification (Mandatory)
• Manage Work at Height Certificate (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in turnaround/shutdown execution in refineries or petrochemical plant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in permit-to-work authority role
• Familiarity with LOTO systems, SIMOPS management, and isolation standards
• Added advantage: Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., API, OSHA, engineering practices)
