Warehouse Lead - Part-Time

Join a Semi-Conductor Company as a Warehouse Lead to supervise warehouse operators and ensure daily and weekly operational and productivity targets are met in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse associates to meet daily operational and productivity targets effectively
• Monitor warehouse activities and safety standards to maintain smooth and compliant operations
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate updates and provide performance reports
• Guide team members on correct warehouse procedures and operational practices to ensure quality
• Support attendance tracking, training sessions, and team development initiatives
• Escalate operational or production issues promptly to supervisors for timely resolution
• Assist with new model introductions and continuous improvement projects across warehouse functions
• Provide backup support to supervisors as needed to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with production teams and perform additional duties assigned by management
• Work effectively in a shift-based schedule as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, quality, or production environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate reports and records
• Strong communication skills to coach and collaborate with team members
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Physical fitness with manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good understanding of quality inspection processes, production operations, and defect control
• High school education or above
