EHS Associate - Part-Time

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Internal audit programs, including process safety audit preparation, process and follow-up
• Administrative support for ISO 50001 implementation, e.g. yearly ISO 50001 MR, yearly recertification audit, etc.
• Deliver risk management improvement that includes risk assessment rubric digitalization and review process by RM trained personnel
• Implement online digitalization tool for safe method form
• Support new chemical approval and review of new SDS submitted by supplier (including chemicals from new product introduction)
• Support ergonomic evaluation for new operation
• Support the EHSS promotional event
• Assist in IH data upload into online portal
• Assist in new project – SOP Virtual Assistant
• Render manpower support for Occupational Health documentation program

Qualifications:
