Office Technician (FM) - Part-Time

Job Objectives

To assist in the daily operations and maintenance on site.

Job Description

· To man the BMS at all times.

· Record all critical readings required by equipment health checks report.

· Carry out on-site inspections.

· Respond to faults after office hours.

· Escalate all faults to Engineers.

· Highlight any faults and follow up actions to Engineers.

· Assist Engineers in daily operational works.

· Provide good teamwork in carrying out day to day operations and activities.

· To ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance are carried out according to schedule.

· Ensure critical readings are being recorded on time.

· Provide 1st level of support in an event where faults were being identified and escalate accordingly.

· Any other works related to the operation of the building as assigned by client.

Requirements

· Higher Nitec or NTC-2 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Air- Conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining Data Centre services e.g CRAU, UPS, Pre- Action/ FM 200, Chillers, Cee-form installation and P&S.

· Proficient in mechanical and electrical system.
