Event Operations Intern - Part-Time

Main responsibilities 

-Assist with event preparation, including packing, inventory checks, and loading/unloading of event materials.

-Support the on-site setup, styling, and teardown of event venues.

-Coordinate with vendors and event partners, including florists, photographers, balloon vendors, venues, and other suppliers, to ensure smooth event execution.

-Assist in monitoring event timelines and ensuring all setup milestones are completed on schedule.

-Handle the transportation, organisation, and maintenance of event décor, equipment, and supplies.

-Provide on-site operational support and troubleshoot minor issues during event setup and execution.

-Ensure event materials are packed, stored, and returned in good condition after each event.

-Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event preparation as assigned.

-Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment during event setup and dismantling.

-Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Event Team.
