Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you'll play an active role in supporting the planning and execution of live events from preparation through completion.

Working closely with the events team, you'll assist with guest engagement, on-site coordination, and operational logistics while developing the confidence and practical experience to perform effectively in fast-paced professional environments.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, manage registration, and assist with attendee enquiries in a professional and approachable manner.
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd movement to ensure a smooth event experience.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical preparations before, during, and after each event.
• Help coordinate event schedules and support seamless transitions throughout the programme.
• Work collaboratively with the events team to maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming event environment.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event photography and short-form video content for marketing and event documentation.
