Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning and execution of live events from preparation through completion.

Working alongside the events team, you'll assist with guest engagement, event coordination, and operational logistics while gaining practical experience in delivering smooth, professional, and well-organised events.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, manage registrations, and assist with attendee enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow to ensure a positive event experience.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical preparations before, during, and after each event.
• Help coordinate event schedules and support the smooth running of programmes.
• Work closely with the events team to maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event photography and short-form video content for marketing and event documentation.
