Events Executive - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan corporate events, private functions, and special occasions.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide event solutions.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and event orders.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event setup and provide on-site support during events.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, F&B, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
