The Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven intern to join our team. This role involves both event planning and on-ground execution for dining, showcases, and lifestyle events. We are seeking a hands-on individual who can both generate ideas and bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  - Assist in on-ground event execution (setup and coordination).

  - Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are met.

  - Manage timelines and ensure all tasks are completed.

  - Monitor operational standards and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  - Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment.

  - A "doer" mindset with the initiative to execute tasks.

  - Comfortable being hands-on both administratively and on-site.

  - Proficiency in Microsoft, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus.

  - Responsible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
