Executive Officer, Corporate Communications (Social Media) - Part-Time

Overview of Responsibilities:

• To execute social media strategies, manage website content and engage with Club HEAL’s online community to increase awareness and support for our mission. Other roles will include managing corporate collateral and coordinating events to enhance our visibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 

Social Media Management and Content Creation:  

1. Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance Club HEAL’s visibility, engagement and impact across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
2. Create and curate compelling content (including graphics, videos and written posts) that effectively communicates Club HEAL’s mission, programmes and events while engaging our target audience and fostering community interaction.  
3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community to build relationships, address inquiries and promote positive interactions. 
4. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support social media and website needs for various initiatives, events and campaigns, providing assistance and guidance as needed. 
5. Monitor social media performance metrics and website analytics to track engagement, assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Website Maintenance: 

• Support the ongoing management and maintenance of Club HEAL’s website, including updating content, optimizing user experience and ensuring alignment with organisational branding and messaging.  

Event Coordination: 

• Assist in planning, organising and executing events, to increase Club HEAL’s prominence and engagement with our stakeholders.

Education and experience: 

• A diploma in mass communications or event/project management. 

• Relevant experience in social media management and content creation. 

• Experience in corporate communications and/or event management would be an added advantage.
