Executive/Associate, Event Management (1-Year Contract Role) - Part-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, from pre-event coordination to on-site delivery
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee timelines and ensure milestones are met across multiple concurrent projects
• Assist with event setup planning, layouts, and on-site operations
• Ensure all event documentation and deliverables are accurate and well-organised

• Diploma in Event Management or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in events, administration, or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work after office hours nearer to event date when required
