Manager (Event Production, Arts & Culture) - Part-Time

We are looking for an individual with keen interest in the Arts and Culture space to support the planning, production, and execution of one of Singapore's largest community performances.

• Up to $5,000 per month
• ASAP - 31 May 2027, subject to renewal
• Event site as required
• Mon - Fri, office hours *Subject to operational needs

What to expect:

• Coordinate performing groups and manage rehearsals, costumes, props, floats, while providing administrative support to ensure performance readiness.
• Support production planning and operations by coordinating rehearsals, filming schedules, logistics, and on-ground execution during rehearsals and actual event days.
• Assist in creative content development by sourcing materials, coordinating pre-recorded performances, and liaising with sound, lighting, and effects teams.
• Collaborate with choreographers and production teams to support artistic concepts and contribute to creative planning.
• Recruit and manage production volunteers while providing secretariat support, including presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation.

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Event and Production Management.
• Independent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with working irregular hours subject to event's needs.
