Job Summary

Lead partnership development, funding sourcing, and event management to deliver impactful wellbeing initiatives for youths and young adults. Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure partnerships with Secondary Schools, Tertiary Institutions, community groups, and companies to support youth wellbeing initiatives
• Source funding and sponsorship by identifying potential sponsors, pitching proposals, negotiating contract terms, and closing financially viable agreements
• Plan, market, and promote activities and events to sponsors, schools, youth communities, and companies to maximize engagement and support
• Conceptualize and design wellbeing events aligned with organizational and partner objectives
• Manage event publicity across social media platforms and below-the-line collateral to drive awareness and participation
• Plan and execute virtual and onsite events including performances, exhibitions, and conferences with full project management oversight
• Develop and coordinate event schedules, logistics, resources, and manpower to ensure smooth operations
• Lead event/project activities from initiation through launch, implementation, and wrap-up, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
• Create and produce event promotional materials to enhance visibility and engagement
• Source, acquire, transport, and manage equipment, props, backdrops, and sets required for events
• Facilitate on-site logistics including setup, operation, and teardown of equipment and event materials
• Set up and troubleshoot technical equipment such as sound systems, lighting, and online conferencing platforms to ensure flawless event execution
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and maintain seamless communication

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in a relevant field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in marketing events and sponsorship acquisition
• Experience in sourcing and applying for government and corporate funding
• Familiarity with wellbeing services and youth culture interests such as Kpop, Gaming, and Cosplay
• Proven track record in soliciting partnerships with educational institutions and youth organizations
• Experience managing both online and onsite events, performances, and conferences
• Technical proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting audiovisual and projection equipment
• Proficient in social media, online communication, and IT tools; possession of personal laptop and mobile phone
• Familiarity with project management software
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to forecast project needs, identify obstacles, mitigate risks proactively, and escalate issues timely
• Resourcefulness and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• Ability to transport equipment and props to event sites
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
