Role Focus

As a Partnerships & Outreach Assistant, you'll support partnership development, outreach initiatives, and engagement activities with schools, organisations, and community partners.

You'll assist with relationship-building, partnership coordination, and external engagement while learning how professional partnerships are established, nurtured, and maintained to support long-term organisational objectives. Throughout the programme, you'll receive guidance from experienced professionals while developing practical communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, organisations, and community partners.
• Coordinate partnership initiatives, collaborative events, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Support outreach campaigns through planning, communications, and relationship management.
• Manage partnership correspondence, scheduling, and follow-up to maintain strong ongoing engagement.
• Research organisations and potential partners that align with the company's objectives and initiatives.
• Assist with partnership planning and coordination from initial outreach through implementation and review.
