Position: Programme & Events Executive (Contract)
Contract Duration: 6–9 months
Location: Queenstown
Role Overview
We are looking for a Programme & Events Executive (Contract) to support the planning and execution of founder-focused programmes and events. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, people-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute programmes and events from planning to post-event follow-up
• Support workshops, briefings, networking sessions, and community engagement activities
• Manage event logistics, schedules, vendor coordination, and communications effectively
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, founders, speakers, mentors, partners, and vendors
• Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables while adapting to changing priorities
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or related fields
• Prior internship or working experience in events, programmes, or community initiatives preferred
• Exposure to conferences, training programmes, trade shows, or corporate events is advantageous
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style
• Interest in innovation, startups, entrepreneurship, or deep tech will be an added advantage

• Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented team player
Employment Terms
• Contract duration: 6–9 months
• On-site support is required during events; other arrangements subject to operational needs
