Student Administration AM [Uni/West] - Part-Time

• Location: West
• Duration: 6-months renewable contract
• Salary: Up to $5.2k

Key responsibilities include:

• Support undergraduate assessment and examination administration, including marks processing and preparation of reports.
• Administer the nomination and conferment of academic awards, medals, and book prizes in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Collect, compile, analyse, and prepare reports using data from multiple sources while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate the administration of joint programmes and research internship programmes.
• Respond to enquiries from students, faculty members, and internal stakeholders on academic and administrative matters.
• Support ad hoc student administration projects, initiatives, and operational activities.
• Perform front counter and reception duties, when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in higher education or the education sector will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
