Temp Event Assistant - Part-Time

Salary: $12/hr

Contract Period: 5 Oct - 7 Nov 2026

📍West Location

🕘Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 3:30pm Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and on-site coordination.
• Engage residents and introduce the programme
• Guide residents through the enrolment process using their personal mobile phones, including:
  -Scanning QR codes.
  -Downloading and setting up the chatbot.
  -Retrieving and entering One-Time Passwords (OTP)
• Assisting residents to submit readings via WhatsApp (e.g., by sending photos or text messages).
• Respond to basic enquiries regarding the programme and enrolment process.
• Distribute promotional gifts (e.g., towels, trolley bags) to residents upon successful enrolment.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming booth environment.
• Manage crowd flow and ensure orderly queuing throughout the event.
• Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor

Requirements

• GCE O Level & above
• Prior experience in events will be an advantage
