Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development specialist to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our reach, enhancing our brand presence, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a passion for martial arts, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new students.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email EDM, SEO etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
• Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing business development plans to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
