Area Operations Executive (1 Year Up To $4.2k) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Responsible for managing merchant relationships through on-site engagement, resolving issues, and training merchants on platform tools to improve performance. The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and tracking key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage face-to-face engagement with merchants, including regular visits to build relationships and provide on-site support
• Plan and execute merchant visits, understanding their business needs and ensuring quality interactions
• Resolve merchant issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Ops) for solutions
• Train merchants on platform tools to improve usage, performance, and business outcomes
• Gather and share merchant feedback while identifying market trends and growth opportunities
• Track performance metrics (e.g. engagement, satisfaction, adoption, retention) and ensure targets are met

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or field sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients
• Proactive and able to work independently, with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using data and tracking performance metrics (KPIs)
• Customer-focused, resilient, and able to handle challenges positively

Other Information

• Location: One-north (Transport provided from One-north MRT & Buona Vista MRT)
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
• Salary: Up to $4,100
