Roles and responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes (Training provided)
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and cutlery
• Food preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene at all times
• Kitchen duties

Requirements

• Positive service mindset, dynamic attitude and team-player
• Able to follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Able to handle live seafood (training provided)
• Able to communicate and understand English
• Comfortable in working in a pet-friendly environment
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays (Choice of 4, 5, 5.5 day work week available depending on role)

Compensation

• $2000 to $2800/monthly
• AWS, Variable bonuses which is pegged to the performance of the Company as a whole
