Bakery Retail Assistant - Part-Time

Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm Hourly

Rate: $10/hour (must be able to work weekends and PH)

Close Shop when sold out (no deduction of pay)

Follow SOPs Enthusiastic and lively with focus on customer service

Actively promote and upsell products

Retail Job Description: -

Cashiering duties using POS

- Provide sales assistance to customers

- Imparting the knowledge of culture of artisan bakes

- Manage and liaise with kitchen for bulk ordering from walk-in customers

- Manage food delivery platform systems and orders

- Replenish and refill display counter

- Slicing of bread loaves for customer

- Maintain cleanliness of retail area and display shelves

- Responsible for opening and closing of shop (depending on the shift)

Communicate and sell product knowledge about sourdough breads
