Bar Waitress - Part-Time

Job Summary

A night bar is hiring a waiter/waitress to provide excellent customer service during evening shifts, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members in English to take orders and provide service efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and support each other during busy hours
• Demonstrate diligence and reliability by consistently performing assigned tasks throughout shifts
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Chinese to assist with diverse customer needs and improve service quality
• Skills in public relations to engage customers and promote a welcoming atmosphere

Other Information

• Working Hours: 4pm to 1 or 2am, 6 days per week
