Cafe Crew - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Prepare waffles, gelato, drinks, and desserts.

Take customer orders and handle payments.

Provide friendly customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene.

Restock ingredients and assist with daily operations.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Ensure all food is prepared according to Aureffle's standards.

Assist customers with menu recommendations and product enquiries.

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.

Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor ingredient levels and report low stock.

Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised café environment.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Friendly, reliable, and responsible.

Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.

Open to Student Pass holders from MOM-approved institutions (NUS/NTU/SMU/Poly/ITE). Strict maximum of 16 hours/week during term time. Full-time hours available during school holidays.
