We are looking for CDPs to be part of our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and preparing meals with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes, following recipes and menu specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area. What you will be doing:
● Take ownership of your assigned station
● Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and standards
● Ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation
● Assist with inventory control and stock management
● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
● Supervision of junior kitchen staff
● Adhere to food safety and hygienestandards
