Job Summary

Join Miam Miam’s Bugis Junction or Westgate outlet to prepare and cook French and Japanese dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure food quality meets company standards in a dynamic café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following company recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent dishes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to meet hygiene and safety requirements
• Handle pork and alcohol-based cooking products safely and according to company protocols
• Monitor ingredient usage and apply techniques to minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain physical fitness to perform kitchen duties efficiently throughout shifts

• Uniform and meals provided
