Dining Experience Host (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities & Job Description

We are looking for an engaging and service-oriented Dining Experience Host (Part-Time) to support our immersive “Magic Table” dining concept.

This role focuses on enhancing the guest experience by guiding diners through interactive table elements, providing clear explanations of dishes, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable journey throughout the meal.

Note: No magic performance is required.

Every Thursday to Saturday

4:00PM – 11:00 PM

Guest Experience

• Welcome and attend to guests in the dining hall
• Guide guests through interactive table features and “trick” moments during the dining experience
• Ensure guests are comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the concept

Product& Menu Knowledge

Explain each course confidently, including:

• Ingredients
• Preparation style
• Key flavours and highlights

Service Support

• Assist in coordinating timing between courses and table sequences
• Work closely with the service teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor guest reactions and proactively offer assistance when needed
• Enjoys storytelling and interacting with guests, observant and proactive in anticipating guest needs
• Comfortable in a high-energy, experience-driven environment

Atmosphere& Presentation

• Maintain a professional, warm, and energetic presence in the dining hall
• Contribute to the immersive and theatrical environment of the experience
• Staff uniform provided
