F&B Retail Executive (Part-Time)

• Being an ambassador of our cool and viral bakes and chocolate brand - The French American Bakery and Chocolate Origin
• Offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests
• Process guests orders (beverages and food) via walk-in and delivery platforms to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA’s policy
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to walk-in customers
• Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations
