Foodcourt Drink Stall Assistant - Part-Time

Job Title: Food court Drink Stall Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve local coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare cold drinks, including fruit juices, soft drinks, and other specialty beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly.
• Ensure beverages are prepared promptly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the drink stall, equipment, and workstations.
• Replenish ingredients, cups, ice, and other supplies throughout the day.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock preparation.
• Monitor ingredient levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
• Assist with other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in a coffee shop, beverage stall, or F&B environment is an advantage.
• Able to prepare local coffee and tea or willing to learn.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate (preferred).

Working Conditions

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting when required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Singapore local coffee ("kopi") and tea ("teh") preparation.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
