Hawker Stall Assistant (Weekend) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Assist in food preparation, grilling Satay, serving customers, handling cashiering, and maintaining stall cleanliness in a fast-paced food service environment. Working days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Working Hours: 11am to 10pm (including 1 hour break). Pay per hour: S$8/- to $12/- depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following established procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Grill and handle Satay safely and efficiently after training to meet customer demand
• Serve customers promptly and accurately to provide a positive dining experience
• Operate basic cashiering tasks to process customer payments correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall to comply with health and safety standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to support smooth stall operations
• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork to contribute to a cooperative work setting
• Adapt to working conditions involving heat safely and comfortably

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Some prior experience in food preparation or customer service is appreciated
