Corporate Sales & Brand Ambassador (Japanese Sake & Craft Beverages)

We are a Singapore-based importer and distributor specializing in premium Japanese sake, craft beers, wines, and artisanal beverages. We work closely with restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients to bring unique and authentic drinking experiences to Singapore.

Beyond distribution, we are passionate about education, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences through tastings, events, and our sake bar concept, Fermenteria. We believe great beverages are best enjoyed when paired with knowledge, culture, and hospitality.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented team member to join us in sales, client servicing, and brand promotion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting people, and learning about Japanese food and beverage culture. You will work closely with corporate clients during the day while also having opportunities to participate in tastings, events, and sake promotion activities at Fermenteria during selected evenings and weekends.

Comprehensive product training will be provided, so a passion for learning is more important than prior sake knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing corporate and hospitality clients.

• Build strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate accounts.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries.

• Support sales and marketing initiatives to grow business opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations and introduce clients to our portfolio of Japanese sake, beers, and specialty beverages.

• Assist with tasting events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Represent our brands professionally at industry and customer events.

• Occasionally support evening or weekend activities at Fermenteria, including sake tastings, customer engagement, and brand promotion.

• Work closely with breweries, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships.

• Interest in food, beverages, hospitality, or Japanese culture is an advantage.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Prior sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Ability to work flexible hours when supporting events and activations.
