Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes following Head Chef’s instructions to ensure quality and consistency
Assist with ingredient preparation including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning to support efficient kitchen workflow
Maintain consistent food quality, recipe adherence, and plating standards to meet restaurant expectations
Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to prevent supply disruptions
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards
Follow proper food storage and disposal procedures to ensure food safety
Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties to support smooth daily operations
Work effectively within a team to meet service demands in a fast-paced kitchen environment Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate 🏅 Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in Korean cuisine preferred
Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred (not mandatory)

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Last Order 2:30 PM)
Total daily hours: 5 hours × 5 days = 25 hours /week
🚫 Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
S$15~18/hr Depends on experience
