Job Responsibilities｜工作职责

• The role mainly involves basic food preparation, packing, labelling and keeping the kitchen clean.
  工作主要包括基本食材准备、包装、贴标签及保持厨房清洁。

• Wash, peel, cut, weigh and portion ingredients for daily production.
  清洗、削皮、切配、称重及分配日常生产所需的食材。

• Pack pre-marinated food and prepare ingredients by following simple company SOPs.
  按照公司简单易学的工作流程，包装预先腌制食品及准备食材。

• Label, pack and arrange food items for storage, production or outlet use.
  为食品贴标签、包装及整理，以供储存、生产或门店使用。

• Assist with other basic food preparation and central kitchen duties when required.
  按需要协助其他基本食品准备及中央厨房工作。

• Handle and store ingredients properly, and keep the kitchen, equipment, utensils and workstation clean.
  正确处理及储存食材，并保持厨房、设备、用具及工作区域清洁。

• Follow food hygiene, safety and simple kitchen SOPs.
  遵守食品卫生、安全及简单的厨房工作流程。
  

Job Requirements｜任职要求

• No experience required. Training will be provided.
  无需经验，公司将提供培训。

• Able to follow simple instructions and SOPs.
  能够按照简单指示及工作流程执行工作。

• Comfortable with basic food preparation and packing tasks.
  能够完成基本食材准备及包装工作。

• Able to work carefully and keep the work area clean.
  工作细心，并能保持工作区域清洁。

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
