Kitchen Assistant (Part-time)

About Us

We're a new dumpling eatery (non-halal) opening in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit team who takes pride in what they put on the plate.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen at all times
• Prepare ingredients for kitchen use
• Wash, rinse, and dry all bowls, utensils, and serving equipment continuously throughout service
• Dispose of food waste properly in line with NEA guidelines
• Follow all SFA food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and physically fit
• No experience required — straightforward role, we'll show you everything
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Must be willing to obtain Food Hygiene Certificate before start date (or we can support you to obtain one before the start date)
• Open to retirees, homemakers, or anyone looking for a short, stable daily shift
• Singaporeans and PRs only
• Chinese and English-speaking

Working Hours

Monday to Friday only — no weekends 8:00am – 1:00pm or 10:00am - 3:00pm
